After buying 2 switches that did not work I was uncertain but decided to take your advice and check it out. Thank you for helping me finally get the right switch for my fan.
After getting on Amazon and ordering a switch that didn’t work found your website. After reading the descriptions for each selection was able to find the correct fan switch. Got the switch installed and worked perfectly. Would say to other folks to take notice of what color wires go to your fan control system. Will save you a lot of time and money.
Straight forward replacement. Works perfect.
Price of switch doesn’t begin to reflect the excellent quality of this switch.

There are lots of switches to choose from but your company had the type where the black wire did not connect to load, “L” and detailed that in the description. Perfect replacement for my need. Thank you.
I dont know how much to say THANKS!!! For months I was fighting Home Depot for this exact switch! They finally said it wasn’t available any more but they sold me 4 of the same fans 8 years ago. Then the sent me to some idiot in Texas that wanted me to send them the switch to destroy so then I would have to by 2 of them. long story short , once I came up with the right number, witch is the last number on the switch. That gave the position of the rotor and I ordered it from you. The switch worked but it was also an education because not all fan switches are the same. Bought 6 different switches before We found the right one! Your help and understanding are the reason I bought from you! You’re in my go to list for fan parts because of your support. 3 months to replace a fan switch . Boy was my boss made at me !
Thanks again and we well do business together for a long time!
