• Free shipping to the USA for orders over $14.98
• For orders equal to or less than $14.98, we offer $4 flat rate shipping for ground service (USA only). All other shipping options are available on cart/checkout page

Order Handling Time

• Orders purchased with Express shipping are shipped the same day if received before 12:00 PM EST (Express shipping is currently on hold)
• Items in stock (if not purchased with Express shipping) will be shipped within 1-2 business days
• Estimated delivery shown on the checkout page does not include order processing time
• Delivery for remote locations may take longer than estimated on checkout page

Returns Due To Wrong Address

• Packages returned to our warehouse due to “wrong address” submitted by customers will be charged a restocking fee up to 20%, even if the item was purchased with free shipping promotion
