This switch fits many ceiling fans including Hunter, Hampton Bay, Harbor Breeze, Westinghouse, Minka, Casablanca, Emerson, etc.
Found a switch which looked like the broken one but not the same number. Wire colors also different. Made some logical guesses and indeed it worked.
