Based on the switch I am replacing, this switch should be compatible with Well Tec E116997, NOT the Zing Ear ZE-268S6. Am I correct and your compatibility guide is in error for the Well Tec model? John Malin asked on July 11, 2025

What’s even more important is the terminal number sequence and the location of the black (AC) wire on your existing switch. We strongly recommend using the guide to compare these details before relying solely on the model or part number.

For example, switch model ZE-268S2 (as noted on both the guide and product pages) is only compatible with the listed part numbers if the old switch has a 1-2-3-L terminal sequence in counterclockwise (CCW) direction and the black wire is attached to terminal “3.”

I have a ze-208 II. It is l1, l2, l 3, off. Your compatibility list shows it to be compatible with the ze-268s2. It is not. Is the 208s2 different from 208s II? theron carroll asked on January 19, 2025
